We are immediately looking to expand our Air India reservation team in Denmark. Air India is on a major transformation journey to become a world class airline with an Indian heart. Air India currently operates four weekly departures out of Copenhagen. Our local sales office in Copenhagen is newly established and you will play an important role in building brand awareness and reliability in the Danish market by providing excellent customer service to our trade partners and customers.

What to do as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent?
- Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (GDS – Amadeus)
- Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via incoming phone calls and emails
- Direct sales to final customers
- Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports
- Responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas
- Looking after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers
What do you bring for knowledge and skills?
- Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service
- Practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, a tour operator, or a call center
- Proficient level of English and Danish / other languages is an advantage
- Passion, positive mindset, team spirit and willingness to learn
- Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
- Work experience with Amadeus. Ideally you have gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, or a tour operator
