Kilroy International A/S heads up a group of leading European companies, specialized in adventurous travel experiences, study trips, study abroad experiences and student benefits. Our legacy is built on the notion that travelling is the best way to widen your horizon and break down cultural barriers, and this is still what drives our mission today. Description
As an Online Sales Agent, you assist our online flight customers with ticket changes (voluntary and involuntary), special requests (seating, extra luggage, upgrades etc.), assistance with bookings and much more. You will be in daily contact with our customers from 8 different markets as well as many airlines from all over the Globe. You will be part of a dedicated Online Team of six people who works closely together with other teams in the Company, most notably our Ticketing and Finance departments.
Qualifications
You are
- Structured and responsible
- Able to work in a highly efficient manner
- Able to keep calm when things are hectic
- Service-minded and able to understand customer behavior
- Proactive
- Easy-going and with a good sense of humor
- A team-player, of course – but in many cases you will work end-to-end alone, so you must also be comfortable with working independently
You have
- Excellent English & Danish skills – both verbally and in writing
- Good IT skills (It is not a requirement, but it will be an advantage)
- Experience with GDS (we use Sabre, but any GDS experience is valuable)
- Experience with customer support
- Knowledge and understanding of delivering excellent customer experience
- A good, basic knowledge of geography
