We are immediately looking to expand our Air India reservation team in Denmark. Air India is on a major transformation journey to become a world class airline with an Indian heart. Air India currently operates five weekly departures out of Copenhagen to destinations across India and beyond. Our local sales office in Copenhagen is newly established and you will play an important role in building brand awareness and reliability in the Danish market by providing excellent customer service to our trade partners and customers.
Do you have previous knowledge and experience gained in a reservation and ticketing department and are you ready for a new journey? AVIAREPS Nordic is looking for you!
What to do as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent?
- Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems – Our GDS is Amadeus
- Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via incoming phone calls and emails
- Responsible for the administration of groups bookings in the market
- Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports
- Direct sales to final customers
What do you bring for knowledge and skills?
- Passion, positive mindset, team spirit and willingness to learn
- Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service
- Work experience with Amadeus. Ideally you have gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, or a tour operator
- Proficient level of English and Danish / other languages is an advantage
- Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
