(DK) Customer Service Team Leader to Albatros Expeditions

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead our Customer Service Team from our head office in Copenhagen. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate is a leading hands on-role model, who is accountable, engages and sets a clear direction for the team.

The main purpose of the role is to optimize Albatros Expeditions service delivery performance “on shore”, delivering an efficient customer focused back-office, supported by effective systems (reservation system, CRM).

Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Daily lead of the AE Customer Service teams (5 FTE).
  • Support the implementation and optimization of our back office systems, especially reservation and CRM systems. New system.
  • Ongoing improvement of the customer experience.
  • Introduce procedures, policies, and frameworks when they add value to help us de-risk our business.
  • Improve our data, analysis, and reporting culture. Introduce relevant KPI’s with area / function of responsibility.

About you

  • High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

  • Structured and analytical and detail¬ oriented; well organized and skilled at time management.
  • Comfortable with Backoffice systems.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing teams.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in using reservation and CRM systems.
